Our MOQ varies by product type and process. Generally, MOQ starts at 1,000 pieces for standard products. For custom designs, please contact our sales team for a detailed quote based on your specific requirements.
How long does sample making take?+
Standard sample making takes 5-7 business days. For complex designs or special processes, it may take 10-14 business days. Rush service is available upon request.
What file formats do you support?+
We accept AI, PDF, CDR, EPS, DWG, and STEP files. For logo designs, AI format with outlined fonts is preferred. Our engineering team can also help optimize your files for production.
What is your product warranty period?+
All products are covered by our quality warranty. Within the warranty period, we will provide free replacement or repair for any quality issues caused by our manufacturing process. Typical warranty period is 12 months from shipment.
